Offering not showing up in Course of Specialization

Summary:

We have a specialization that is assigned to employees. There are courses within the specialization and an offering within each course. For some reason, learners are not seeing an active offering within the course. But on the back end, we see that there is an offering within the course. The offering's publish end date is not until the end of 2024. Help!
