Custom BI Publisher reports takes a long time to complete

Summary: I created a custom BI Report. When I run the report it takes about 23 seconds to complete. When my client runs the report it takes almost 10 minutes to complete and in some cases the report does not complete. The report is not using any secure views. I am not sure what could be causing this. Any ideas?
