Job Description not Attached in Requisition Approval

Summary:

Prior to 24A, we used to see Job Descriptions attached in the Approval History section for Requisition Approvals.

But now, nothing is in Approval History. And the attachment is listed under Attachments, but approvers can't click on it.

Is there a way to get the actual attachments back?
