Is there a way to notify the employee, if the approver request for additional information?

Summary:

For example, if an employee initiate a change in Marital Status, but HR needs to ask for more information about it, HR clicks request information in the Action menu. The expected result is there will be a notification sent to the employee who initiates the change but there is none.

Is there a way we can notify employee via web or email?
