How to build a repot to get all action changes on the EMP record

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 14 comments

I am using Worker Assignment Event real time subject area, to pull all the actions that happened on the employee record. When I add action and action reason I noticed that it is not pulling salary change action. It might miss out other action changes as well. How to build a report that will give all the action changes that happened on a employee record ?
