Job Function and Job Family not appearing on Requisition

My organization has a few Job Requisitions that do not have a Job Family or Job Function associated to the Requisition. The weird thing is that not all Requisitions for these positions is demonstrating this behavior. When I create a simple OTBI report as well I am able to see the Job Family and Job Function. Any idea why this might be happening?
