OTBI Hourly Rate calculation for employees on monthly pay cycle

Summary:

I am modifying an existing report on employee's salary. The organization has bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles. When calculating the hourly rate some monthly employees are showing their monthly salaries and NOT hourly rate. Is there a way to add a formula for this in OTBI or should this be a custom BIP report? I am using the Compensation - Salary Details Real Time subject area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
