Unable to Create Baseline for a Fixed Price Project

Hello All,

When we try to create a baseline for one of the Fixed Price Projects, we get this error

The message is invokeBudgetGenerationJBO-FND:::FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE:

It does not state any reason for the same.

Could you please help.
