Can I send notification to collaborator for requisition DFF updates ?

I have created requisition DFF with list of values type. So, if the dropdown value is getting selected for field or the dropdown value is updated for the field then collaborator should receive a notification?

Is it feasible via Alert composer resource alert?

What should be the triggering criteria for this?
