Gender to populate automatically when Title is selected

Summary: Gender should populate automatically when Title is selected for example if title is selected as Mr. then automatically Gender should be populated with Male and if title is select as Mrs, Miss or Ms. then gender should take Female. And this should be applicable for from Personal details, Hire an Employee and Add a Pending Worker pages.

Please note that Oracle Auto complete team already approved the use case request that has been raised for this. I tried to develop the auto complete rule but not sure if I am doing it correctly or not. Auto complete experts if you could provide your help here, would be highly appreciated.
