Can't Disable position synchronization.

Hi all,

My client requests to disable position synchronization.
I turned off the position synchronization at Manage Enterprise HCM Information and Manage Legal Entity HCM Information tasks.

But still, the popup jumps when I touch the position field.

Does anyone face this issue?
