is it possible to change the PSU for an existing legal entity after the payroll is processed.

Summary:

When we went LIVE in 2019 with US Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud, we have created 2 legal entities. Each legal entity was behaving as a payroll statutory unit as well. Now the business wants to end date one legal entity (LE1) and move all the employees into another legal entity (LE2). We know we can perform the global transfer to meet this need, but it is going to have multiple impacts:

  1. Visibility of the Hire date in the self service with the transfer date. This is not preferrable as most of the top leadership team is sitting in this legal Entity.
