Restricting Inactive Organization manager while creating a department.

Restricting Inactive Organization manager while creating a department.

Content:

We are uploading/attaching managers while creating departments.
but we are able to see all Active/Inactive employees under this field LoV.

Any way to restrict this List of Value with Only Active employees here?
