Has anyone created a report showing all the initiatives and everyone assigned within it as need to audit all our initiatives to check they contain the correct people.

We want to create an OTBI report that lists all our initiatives and their membership so we can report on everything together rather than reporting by each initiative or course using the learning assignment screen, the information we need in the report is:
eg. Initiative Name, Job, Department, Name, Status, Completion Date, Assignment Date, Assignment Type, Due Date, Person Number, Initiative Number
We would like to exclude all members that have been withdrawn. Has anyone created this type of report or any advice on how to create this report.
