Would it be possible to further understand the HR Dashboard - Birthday Reminders tab?

Can we have support on the following for this Birthday Reminders tab in the HR Dashboard?

1. Where the data comes from and any formulas used?
2. Is there any criteria or filters when this is run by others? Meaning, how does the data show up for someone - based on AORs, roles, locations?
a. We have one user pull this and was supposed to see 53 names, but only saw 4. Based on the user (Mindy Garlin), she should have been able to see all 53 names.

Would Oracle have any articles or information about this we can review?
