Rating data is displayed in different rows

Summary:

For the Perfomance Document Section I want to have two cases illustrated in two different columns: I wrote a Case-statement that if Perfomance Document Section states "Leistungsbeurteilung"(Meaning: perfomance rating)it should give me the rating of it (s. Code snippet below). The same goes for "Individuelle Ziele" (meaning: individual goals). I realized that I get the results in different rows. Can someone tell me how to display the data in one row? Maybe my code is not correct. A Pivot table did not help me.
