Family and Emergency contaact page Design Studio rule not Working

Hi

We have configured Design Studio rule based on country to display fields on Family and Emergency contact page . But we noticed rule is not working as expected when we Use country criteria. We still see default fields on Family and Emergency contract.

When we remove this country Criteria and create a General rule with all fields in Basic details section blank then fields are displaying as expected as configured in this rule .

Can anyone help me on this is there anything I am missing .

For example , we have made DOD field as required for Belgium country and we have created a rule with country as Belgium . But DOB is not shown as required . But when we configured the same without country then we see DOB field as required .
