Request a Position Change - Comments section not available

in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Usign Designer studio confirmed 'Comments and Attachments' section is enabled for 'Request a position change' however in the flow, only the attachments option is visible but the Comments field is not visible in the Comments and Attachments section:
