Blank Specialization Sections and Activities from Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time.

Summary:

When using the Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time Subject Area we are getting Blank values for the Specialization Sections and Activities. We are using the Learning Activity Section Information and Learning Activity Information folders but not getting any data returned from these folders. We know data is in the system as using the Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time subject area, where all of the section and activity data is returned.

I have seen on Customer Connect that other customers have had this issue, does anybody know the issue here and how to overcome it?
