Update Person Search Keywords Question

We just had our 24A Fusion upgrade in test. While going through standard testing and updating a department we received a pop up window saying that update person search keywords needed run anytime a department name change was done.

The warning message is shown below. We checked 24A release notes and did not find any information about this change. The details linked in the message takes you to which is just general information about update person search keywords. We already have update person search keywords set to run daily with after batch parameter set to Y. We only run it wide open with no parameters set once per month or if delta population is more than 20k. Can someone please clarify what parameters should be used when running update person search keywords?
