Approvals failing on the same date as hire

Hello,

We have a lot of approval transactions failing if the transaction is submitted on the same date as hire. I havent come across any such issue in the past. Has anyone faced the same issue? There are a lot of approvals which are failing and as such there is no such pattern. Its random. It happens for a lot of approval types. Does the hire date have any impact on any of the approvals even if there is no condition in the rule that we have built?
