Is it possible to limit the types of warning messages in the Payroll Message report?

Summary:

The client is finding the payroll message report when ran against the payroll calculation task, returns too many unrelated warnings. Example would be "The deduction amount for the Dental - Pretax Calculator element wasn't populated. Enter a deduction amount to process the deduction." This message returns for all employees who have a element entry from Benefits module. When there are 1600 employees this limits the value of the report results.
