Exploring Feasibility of Testing all modules with Dummy Employees

Hi,

Is there any possibility of creating dummy or test employees in the production instance to conduct testing for all the modules ( e.g. Compensation, Learning, Absence, Goals & performance, ORC etc.) ensuring that the original data's remain unaffected ?

Note. For Audit reason we need this testing.
