Error while Cancelling the schedule

Summary:

Hi,

We have few learning alerts scheduled in PROD and we have to make changes in alert w.r..t login and content.

But while changing the alert, we are getting the error message that alert is already scheduled.

And when we are trying to cancel the schedule, we are getting the error that "User does not have sufficient privileges".

So, how can we cancel the ongoing schedule.
