Benefit analysis with benefit plan decline details

Summary:

I have created an analysis following the steps provided by the below post to get details of a benefit plan if any one declines the benefit enrollment. The analysis gave me details of all the employees who have declined the the plan. My requirement is to identify the employees who have enrolled earlier and then decline the benefit plan and I need to run this analysis weekly basis to capture last 7 days results.

I added below filters to the analysis to fulfill my requirement.

When I run this analysis I can get the results but I cannot see the correct dates for enrollment start date and end dates.
