Error when updating projected start date in Recruiting

Summary:

I have a candidate who has 2 accepted offers. One is pending manual processing with a start date in May 2024 and is a Pending Worker. The other is an accepted offer with a start date in June 2024. I need to change the June start date to next year. When I do this I get the following error:

Is this because the first offer starting in May is pending manual processing and sitting in Pending Workers?

Appreciate any guidance on how to resolve.
