Resume parsing Configuration package

HI,
Our client is planning to implement Resume parsing in HCM. Currently Recruiting booster license enablement is in progress and will happen soon.
Meanwhile would like to know how we can get or an approach to be followed to get Configuration package from RChilli vendor. Client is in 24A now.

In Oracle docs its mentioned "Log a Service Request under the “Oracle Fusion Recruiting Booster Cloud Service” SKU for appropriate routing" but no further information.

We would need help with steps on how to get Configuration package from Vendor along with Client ID and Secret Code.

  1. Who will give Configuration package to be imported into HCM is it vendor or Oracle?
