restricting AoR using recruiting type and recruiting ORG hierarchy

Hi !

I have tried restricting Job Req using the business unit and recruiting type and it has worked want to know if we could just have one data security with the Org (Business unit) and Recruiting Type selected and then only apply : 1) only BU, 2) only Recruiting Type, 3) both BU and Recruiting Type.
