Summary:

Hi Team,

Not getting FYI notification emails from the system when the approval transaction was done.

Issue:- We have created one user account with the email ID and we have added that user under approvals for FYI notifications, when the approval transaction is done the same user doesn't get the email but the user is getting the bell notifications once the transaction is completed.

Can anyone let us know if any suggestions?
