What is the database item for headcount value present on assignment of an employee

Summary:

Requirement is to add headcount attribute (present at employment screen of person management) & element attribute to the already existing HCM Extract. The UE which is used is PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_UE. So, is there any Database item which can fetch these 2 values or any other way which can we used?
