Future new hire report

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 5 comments

I am using Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real time subject area. I am trying to pull all new hires and rehires. In order to included the future hires I used the SET VARIABLE PARAM_EFFECTIVE_DATE='4712-12-31'; SQL code. When I compared it with my old report it seem to be deleting the 3 currently hired records(I have used work relationship start date greater than 1/1/2024)
