Is it possible to resort the Regions in Job Requisition

Is it possible to resort the regions in the Job Requisition.

Instead of 1-How, 2-Basic Info, 3-Hiring Team, 4-Requisition Structure, etc

Change it to 1-How, 2-Requisition Structure, 3-Basic Info, 4-Hiring Team, etc.

We currently use the Job functionality to create Job Requisitions. We don't use Templates. In this case the Recruiting Type is not available until you get to Step 4 Requisition Structure to select the Recruiting Type. I would like to make 'Business Justification' in Step 2 Basic Info required based on the recruiting type, but can't do that because the field isn't being selected until Step 4.
