Not able to request or invite person on Skill Center page

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to Request Employee or invite them to join for specific Skill. We can search for Employee but nothing is showing after selecting Employee on Skill center page.

Is there anything we can do from our side. Any help would be appreciated.
