Workflow error for ESS personal information change for terminated/inactive employees

Hello.

I have encountered the issue for inactive employees but the workflow proceeds for active workers.


I have also tried the following fixes: Task.payload.Worker's Assignment.result Isn’t null but the approval error happens to another rule, thus, the transaction for the inactive employee's personal information fails within the Transaction Console.

I'd like to know if there are other possible workaround for this issue. I'd appreciate some help.
