how to collect compensation details of candidate before offer

Hello,

I am sure many companies ask for the last 3 months pay slip in their onboarding or before the offer step itself as a part of having reference documents. Here we want to also do this through ORC, i.e where a link goes to candidate where they upload doc.

can this be done ? if so how ?
