Business Title instead of the Job Title in the Org Chart

Hi Team,

We wanted to show the Business Title in directory instead of Job Title as per the below screen shot. Right now it's showing Job Title in the Org Chart for an employee and we wanted to replace it with Business Title.

For example, if the employee Job name is showing as Student Services Management 3 in directory and business tile is Director, University Center and ID Service. Instead of Job name wanted to replace it with business title.

Please help us on this. Thank you..
