per_person_secured_list_v view problem

Hi,
we have an admin user and she should have access only for her company. We developed a BI Publisher report for her to track all employees of her company. Such report is used also by other admins in different companies.
In 2024 one of her reports switched to another company of the group and now she can't see him anymore. This is correct.
The problem is that this report is guided by a date parameter and she should be able to see him if she filters by 2023 but this is not the case.
