Run Results and Balances HCM Extract is taking longer time to Extract Data

Hi Team,

I have developed a custom HCM extract for Payroll to Extract Run Results and Balances data.
There are about 10000 employees and each may have upto 100 Element entries which makes more than 1 million rows of data.
The extract is taking 1hr 35mins to extract data and file size generated is about 3 GB.
We are looking to further reduce this time to 30 mins or less as the extract will be run multiple time a day.

Please provide your suggestion on how to improve the performance.
