EL Expression for address field on candidate details by country

Summary:

We are looking for an expression that hides the add button in the address section of the candidate details for China candidates only . We know how to accomplish this by role but we would prefer this by country . We want to restrict adding an address for any candidates in China . Is there an expression that will work for this ?
