Is there a 'Dummy Manager' role we can assign to Managers to view employee emergency contacts?

Hi,

We have manufacturing site where the shift supervisor may vary depending on shift structure e.g. one for early, one for late and one for rotating. We need the shift supervisor to be able to see emergency contact details for the employees on the shift.

Is there an option for the the relevant supervisor to be added as a 'dummy manager' in Oracle according to what shift employees work. In some instances, the supervisors work different shifts to cover for absence, but they can’t view emergency contact details for employees who aren’t assigned to them in Diamond
