Why Payments Approval is not working?

Summary:

We have an issue with the process of Payment approval, the process was working well until December, which was the last time test tests were carried out.

Now we are resuming development to be able to move it to production but when we tried to send a payment process request to approval the process stuck in status of Payment Approval Initiate.

We checked with the approving user to see if he had the request pending but it did not arrive.

We review the configuration and is active the option of Enable Payment Approval in Manage Disbursement System Options.
