Hi there,

I am wondering if someone else has experienced this issue.

An add assignment was submitted in error. When the delete button is selected to remove the assignment that was added in error this transaction shows in the Employment History with a warning message 'Approvals are in progress. Info is locked despite receiving the corresponding notification advising the delete assignment was approved.

When checking the Transaction Console, we can see the transaction shows first as Completed and after 15 minutes it shows as in progress. If we terminate the process and have the transaction entered again we experience the same issue. Is there something else we can do? Might it be the record is corrupted?
