Most recent date paid

Summary:

I have an OTBI report that runs every other Thursday pulling earnings. The Effective Date field uses the below advanced SQL filter to pull only the current date paid (Thursday) which works great. However, if it is a holiday week and employees are paid earlier in the week, using this SQL will return no data when it runs on Thursday.

Is there a way to modify this SQL to pick up the most recent Effective Date instead?

"Balance Value Details"."Effective Date" = (timestampadd(SQL_TSI_DAY,0,CURRENT_DATE))
