In OTBI - the Position Name by Position Code is not historical - is this correct behaviour?

Summary:

The Position Name Field in the Position Folder in both the Compensation - Salary History Details Real Time and Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time subject areas is not historical by Position Code. The report returns the current Position Name.

For example a Position Code AR/00228 was updated and the Name, Grade and Job were changed from "Lecturer in Media Theory" to "Professor to Media Diversity". This change is evidenced in the Position History.

When you view a historical assignment in the UI (for a previous employee) the Position Name, Grade and Job are Lecturer.
