We configured a rule for 'Additional Assignment Info' with the following criteria:

Worker's Current Assignment.result.Department startsWith "ABC."

Staff A current sits at Department 'ABC.Technology'. However the rule is unable to identify this. Error message: BPEL_TASK_30103

We are not sure why since this criteria setup has been working fine for other HCM approval flows such as 'Cancel Work Relationship', 'Change Assignment' and 'Hire an employee'.
