Can we load data with Pipe delimiter "|" symbol in an field via HDL

Summary:

Customer have Positions with name Admin Support|1 , Admin Support|2 etc so while loading data via HDL it is giving error because in HDL | is used to highlight separate column's data. Any ways to load data with | as Customer is not agreeing to replace this with other symbol.
