Issue with payroll run for global and local transfer

Summary:

We are having issue with global or local transfer of employee for the payroll run. The local or global transfer is initiated for the employee in the middle of the month and the payroll is not picking the first half of the month. We have assigned to new payroll and new legal entity while doing the transfer. Please note proration is enabled.
