How to plan migration of IDR adaptive learning from Test to Prod, when we have P2T refresh planned ?

Currently we are training the IDR model in Dev-4 instance.
As per project plan, the Dev-4 environment is scheduled for a refresh (P2T) in the last week of May-24 and another P2T refresh in the 1st week of July.
The adaptive learning model of IDR will be trained with new suppliers from March till end of July. So we would need to capture the entire training during this time and migrate the complete learning to Production. The Go-Live date is scheduled in August.
Is it possible or suggested to move the adaptive learning to Production before every P2T refresh? The IDR functionality is not yet enabled in Production environment.
