Search by Position code in when and why section

Many redwood flow pages now have the position attribute moved into the when and why section. However you cant seem to search by position code?

This would be a fundamental requirement for us as many of our positions are named the same(see below example of 'team member')

I have looked in VBS and it doesn't look like we can expose position code in this section?

Is there anyway we can do this?
