Can't see some of the business Unit in the 'Manage Event' Form in Fusion PPM

When I am going to Invoice work area under the Contracts Management Module and trying to create a new event, I can't see some of the business units in the Business Unit LOV.

Navigation: Contracts Management → Invoices → Manage Events
